We’ve updated the Setlist module, and the generator got the biggest upgrade. It now builds a complete setlist for you, based on the data you’ve entered for your songs. And its choices aren’t guesswork: the order it proposes is based on science and research into what makes a set work.
Here’s what’s new:
- Build a setlist from scratch. The generator puts together a setlist from your song library, using the details you’ve entered for each song, such as tempo, key, danceability and duration.
- Improve a setlist you already made. The generator looks at your existing setlist and suggests changes.
- Better data, better setlist. The more you fill in about your songs, the better the suggestions get.
Curious what it does with your repertoire? Log in, open a setlist and give the generator a go. Check the result in the flow chart, move things around by hand where you like, and export as usual.
