Rehearsals

Show up prepared. Every time.

A good rehearsal starts before you walk through the door. nGage.band makes it easy to plan ahead, set the agenda, and make sure everyone arrives knowing what to work on.

The Rehearsals module turns planning from a chore into a two-minute job.

What it does

Plan rehearsals ahead
Set date, time, and add notes — your bandmates are immediately in the loop.

Set the agenda
Attach songs or full setlists so everyone knows what’s on the programme before they pack their gear.

Automatic calendar entries
Rehearsals appear in the band calendar the moment you create them.

Notes and agreements
Add anything relevant — what to prepare, what to focus on, any agreements made. It’s all there when people check the rehearsal.

Upcoming and archive view
Upcoming rehearsals are shown front and centre. Past ones are archived and always accessible.

How it works

  1. Create a rehearsal — set the date, start and end time.
  2. Add notes or agreements about what to work on.
  3. Attach individual songs or a setlist to set the agenda.
  4. Your bandmates see it in the calendar instantly.
  5. Everyone shows up knowing what to expect.
Songs and Setlists

Attach individual songs or entire setlists to a rehearsal. Your bandmates can open them directly from the rehearsal page — complete with chords, notes, and recordings. Everything ready before the first note is played.

Notes and agreements

Add rich text notes to record what to prepare, what to focus on, or any agreements the band made. Useful for keeping track of decisions between rehearsals.

Rehearsal history

Past rehearsals are kept in the archive. Useful for tracking what you worked on, how regularly you’ve been rehearsing, or looking back at what was agreed.
