Date Poller

Find a date everyone can make. Without the endless group chat.

Scheduling a rehearsal or gig when you’re in a band with five different people is its own special kind of pain. The Date Poller cuts through it: propose a few options, let everyone respond, pick the winner.

Done.

What it does

Propose multiple date options
Create a poll with any number of date and time options and share it with the band.

Collect responses from all bandmates
Everyone responds in the app — available, not available, or maybe. No chasing people across platforms.

See the best date at a glance
The system highlights which dates have the most availability. The answer is usually obvious.

Create events directly from results
Once the date is chosen, convert it straight into a rehearsal or gig — no re-entering details. Create multiple events at once with bulk create.

Date Chooser
Browse a date range and see member availability without setting up a formal poll. For when you just need a quick look.

Multi-band Date Chooser
Playing in multiple bands? Check availability across all of them at once to avoid conflicts before you commit.

How it works

  1. Create a date poll — add a title and a set of date and time options.
  2. Your bandmates open the poll and mark their availability for each option.
  3. The results show which dates work for the most people.
  4. Choose a date and convert it directly into a rehearsal or gig.
Songs and Setlists

Bandmates respond with available, not available, or maybe. The results overview makes it immediately clear which date works for the most people.

Creating events from results

Once the date is chosen, use “Create Rehearsal” or “Create Gig” directly from the poll results. You can create multiple events at once with bulk create. No need to enter the details again.

Date Chooser

Pick a date range and see an overview of member availability without setting up a formal poll. Useful for quickly narrowing down options or doing a quick sanity check.

Multi-Band Date Chooser

If you play in multiple bands, check availability across all of them simultaneously. Avoid double bookings before you even propose a date.
