Setlists
From song list to stage-ready setlist — in minutes.
Stop scribbling setlists on beer mats and debating the song order in the group chat. nGage.band lets you build, tweak, and export setlists in minutes — straight from your song library.
The Setlists module is how your repertoire becomes a performance.
What it does
Build from your library
Click songs from your repertoire to add them. Key, tempo, duration — all the details come with them.
Drag and drop to reorder
Rearrange until the flow feels right. No forms, no typing — just drag.
Add breaks
Insert labelled breaks (interval, soundcheck, short break) between songs. They show up in the export too.
See duration at a glance
The total runtime updates as you build. No more running over or scrambling to fill a slot.
Export with one click
Download a clean, formatted setlist as PDF or Word file — ready to print or share.
Add notes
Attach rich text notes to a setlist for stage instructions, cues, or gig-specific reminders.
Duplicate setlists
Create a copy of any setlist in one click — useful for seasonal variations or using a successful setlist as a template.
How it works
- Create a new setlist and give it a name.
- Click songs from your library to add them — the same song can appear more than once.
- Drag them into the right order. Insert breaks where needed.
- Check the total duration — adjust until it fits your slot.
- Export as PDF or Word, or just let your band access it directly in the app.
Export Options
The exported setlist is clean and formatted — song titles, keys, tempos, durations, and breaks included. Download as PDF to print for the stage, or as Word if you want to adjust the layout yourself.
Breaks and Flow
Add labelled breaks anywhere in the setlist. They appear in the overview and in the export, so the whole band knows the flow of the evening.
Notes
Add rich text notes to a setlist for things that apply to the whole performance — stage cues, venue-specific instructions, or anything the band needs to know before they go on.
Duplicate
Need a variation of an existing setlist? Duplicate it in one click. The copy includes the same songs, order, and breaks. Edit it from there.
