Je account en alle bijbehorende gegevens worden <strong>onmiddellijk<\/strong> en <strong>permanent<\/strong> verwijderd. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Wat gebeurt er als ik mijn account opzeg?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Wanneer je de accounteigenaar bent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al je gegevens, bands, uploads, subgebruikers, eigenlijk al je informatie wordt permanent verwijderd.<br \/>Subgebruikers die ook subgebruiker of hoofdgebruiker zijn van andere bands \/ accounts op nGage worden niet verwijderd; alleen hun koppeling met jouw account wordt samen met jouw account verwijderd. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Wanneer je een subgebruiker (bandlid) van het account bent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je persoonlijke accountgegevens zoals naam, e-mailadres, adres enzovoort, worden onmiddellijk verwijderd en je kunt niet meer inloggen. Bestanden die je naar je band hebt ge\u00fcpload, blijven in het hoofdaccount staan, aangezien deze worden beschouwd als eigendom van de band. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_6 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\">\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_7 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Welke informatie blijft bewaard?<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_8 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p><strong>Sommige informatie wordt nog een tijdje bewaard:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Welke informatie blijft bewaard?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Volgens de Nederlandse belastingwetgeving (Algemene wet inzake rijksbelastingen, art. 52) zijn we wettelijk verplicht om bepaalde financi\u00eble gegevens gedurende <strong>7 jaar<\/strong> te bewaren na afloop van het kalenderjaar waarin ze zijn opgesteld. Dit geldt voor: <\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Factuurgegevens (naam, adres, factuurnummer, datum, bedrag, omschrijving)<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Details van betalingstransacties (Mollie-transactie-ID, betaalmethode, datum, bedrag)<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">SEPA-incassomachtigingen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Deze gegevens worden apart gearchiveerd en zijn alleen toegankelijk voor fiscale en boekhoudkundige doeleinden.
