Your show will be so much more relaxed when you have a professional, well formatted rider you can share with the sound techs and stage techs! With the Rider builder, you can quickly make a professional rider any technician will love.

What it does

Build professional riders
Based on your bandmembers and their wishes. Specify seating, monitoring, power outlets, instruments to make it as easy as possible for your sound tech

Stage Plots
Create a stage plot with drag and drop functionality. Place musicians, monitors and other items where they belong on stage for easy and quick reference

Monitor requirements
Let the sound tech know how many monitors you need, where they should be, and even give them an indication of monitor mix wishes of each of your band members, per instrument!

Hospitality rider
 Most venues like to know what you need to get the most out of your show. Food, drinks, dressing room requirements. It's all there, prefilled with the basics, adjustable to your needs. Or just turn it off if you don't need it

Multiple riders

Doing a gig with a guest musician, or a different set of musicians? Just duplicate your default rider and make a custom one quickly, just for this gig!

Download your rider as a PDF or simply share a link for easy maintenance.

  1. Make sure your bandmembers are set up in the system
  2. Create a rider in the Rider module
  3. Fill out the forms
  4. Drag and drop your stage plot
  5. Publish and share your rider

Send your public link to anyone who needs it, they will be able to view and download the latest version of your rider any time they like

Default data

What to put on your hospitality rider?  We pre-filled the rider with the most requested stuff, sometimes stuff you might not think about. Leave it as it is for a useful rider, or adjust it to your needs.

Stage Plotting

Add your bandmembers and their monitors by dragging and dropping. Right click to rename or delete items. Add your own custom items. Need a grandmothers clock on stage? Just drag and drop!
